Volunteerism is the lifeblood of a nonprofit organization, and at Association Latinos, we want to leverage your expertise and passion to continue fostering impactful change within the association community.

We are excited to invite you to join us and make a difference!

Applications for the 2025 volunteer term are open from November 18th to December 11th. If you’re committed to supporting and empowering the Hispanic and Latinx association community, we want to hear from you!

Who Should Apply?

  • Association professionals at all stages of their careers.

  • Individuals passionate about advancing leadership, cultural competency, and strategic growth within the nonprofit sector.

  • Past committee members looking to continue their journey with new insights.

Application Process

Submit your application by December 11th through our online application. Successful applicants will be notified in mid-December 2024.

About Our Committees

  • Communications Committee

    Sign up for the Association Latinos Communications Committee, and help us build the future of Latino inclusion.

  • Events and Networking Committee

    Help us develop and oversee events and networking opportunities that promotes inclusion, engagement and fosters a sense of community for the Latinx community and its allies.

  • Professional Development Committee

    Sign up for the opportunity to create resources for Latinos in associations, and to enrich yourself in the process.

  • Awards & Recognition Committee

    Join our Awards and Recognition Committee to help develop and oversee an Awards and Recognition Program that elevate professionals within the Latinx community and its allies.

  • Fundraising Committee

    We need your help to focus on identifying funding sources, building donor relationships, and organizing community events, all to support our mission sustainably.
